AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and Sunshine Verified (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of sunshineverified.com and related services (the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
OUR SERVICES
Sunshine Verified provides a platform designed to improve visibility and organization of contractor and industry participant information.
The Services are operated from the United States. Users accessing from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
PLATFORM POSITIONING
Sunshine Verified is a participation-based system.
Participation levels (Present, Proven, Preferred) reflect how contractors choose to engage with the platform, including visibility, document review, and ongoing maintenance participation.
These levels:
are not ratings or endorsements
do not guarantee performance, quality, or outcomes
do not represent a determination of legal compliance
Sunshine Verified does not:
issue licenses
provide insurance
act as a regulatory authority
Contractors remain solely responsible for maintaining their own credentials. Users must independently verify all information before making hiring decisions.
LISTINGS AND PARTICIPATION
Sunshine Verified offers both paid and non-paid participation within the platform.
By using or purchasing a listing, you agree:
You are purchasing visibility and participation, not leads, referrals, or guaranteed results
Sunshine Verified does not guarantee inquiries, project opportunities, or business outcomes
All information submitted must be accurate and kept current
You are solely responsible for your business practices, services, and representations
Failure to maintain accurate information may result in modification or removal of your listing.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
By using the Services, you agree:
All information you provide is accurate and current
You will not use the platform for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes
You are responsible for any decisions made based on information obtained through the Services
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Information on the platform may be based on user-submitted data and available records at the time of review.
Sunshine Verified does not guarantee that information is current, complete, or accurate and is not responsible for changes that occur after information is displayed.
NO RELIANCE
You agree that any reliance on information provided through the Services is at your own risk. Sunshine Verified is not responsible for decisions, damages, or outcomes resulting from use of the platform.
NO PROJECT OVERSIGHT
Sunshine Verified does not perform, supervise, or manage any construction or trade work.
All agreements and work are solely between users and third-party contractors.
THIRD-PARTY RELATIONSHIPS
The Services may include or reference third-party providers.
Sunshine Verified is not responsible for the actions, performance, conduct, or outcomes of any third party.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.
PAYMENTS
All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
Prices may change at any time. By purchasing, you agree to pay all applicable charges.
REFUNDS
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to issue refunds in limited circumstances.
ACCOUNT AND LISTING CONTROL
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny, suspend, remove, or terminate any account or listing at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.
PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to:
Submit false or misleading information
Engage in fraud, abuse, or harassment
Interfere with or disrupt the Services
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to Sunshine Verified and may not be used without prior written permission.
DISCLAIMERS
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties regarding:
accuracy of information
availability of the platform
results or outcomes from use
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunshine Verified shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
